The reputation of Christianity, which once boasted the highest recognition in the world, is in a sad state of record decline as existing Christians are steadily leaving the faith. Even in this kind situation, the World Mission Society Church of God continues to ‘grow silently’. Currently, there are more than 2,500 beautiful temples which have been established in 175 countries around the world and are fulfilling the mission to be the light and salt in the society of each Continent and Region (as of December 2016). Then, what is the secret of this remarkable growth?

This light, which has captured the attention of the world began in 1948 on a small beach on Nakseom Island, Incheon, Korea. And in just over half a century, it has spread throughout Korea and is shining God’s holy and eternal light of life from over 400 temples of God.

“Who has ever heard of such a thing? Who has ever seen such things? Can a nation be brought forth in a moment? Yet no sooner is Zion in labor than she gives birth to her children.” (Isaiah 66:8)

“Although you have been forsaken and hated, with no one traveling through, I will make you the everlasting pride and the joy of all generations…The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the LORD; in its time I will do this swiftly.” (Isaiah 60: 15,22)
