On July 25, 2024, the World Mission Society Church of God received the Medal of Honor from the Congress of the Republic of Peru, South America.

Among various prominent figures who have earned the respect and trust of the government and people of Peru, General Pastor Kim Joo-cheol received the Medal of Honor from the Congress of the Republic of Peru.
The ceremony was a true celebration with the performances of the Messiah Orchestra of the Church of God.
