Just as rain and wind are needed sometimes for a good harvest, God’s people come to have strong and firm faith through trials.

God asked the forefathers of faith such as Joshua and Solomon to be strong. We, the members of the Church of God, too, are courageous in faith in any situation, and devote ourselves in saving one more soul with bold faith.

Then Moses summoned Joshua and said to him in the presence of all Israel, “Be strong and courageous, . . . The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:7–8
