A psychological phenomenon wherein high expectations lead to improved performance in a given area.
In 1968, Professor from the Harvard University
Robert Rosenthal had an experiment.
After taking an intelligence test for all students,
20% of the students were randomly selected, regardless of the result,
and their name list was delivered to the teacher.
The students tried hard to meet the expectations and encouragement of the teacher.
As a result, they received better grades.
