On May 1, 2024, members of the World Mission Society Church of God in Oklahoma united to assist the citizens of Sulphur, OK, after an EF-3 tornado struck the town of 5,000 people on April 27, 2024. The tornado caused widespread devastation, destroying homes and buildings, and tragically claiming the life of one resident.
The members of the World Mission Society Church of God provided disaster relief to the community by donating non-perishable food items and household goods to those who lost everything in the storm. They also helped residents salvage their belongings from severely damaged homes.
