First, breast milk fosters a strong bond between mother and child and serves as a crucial source of nutrients. The initial milk, colostrum, acts akin to a natural vaccine, offering protection to the newborn. Thanks to colostrum in breast milk, the baby receives 100% protection from various diseases. Recognizing the significance of breast milk highlights a vital principle, not just in the physical realm but also in the spiritual world.
“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” Revelation 4:11
Just as there is a mother who breastfeeds her baby on the earth, there also be the spiritual Mother who breastfeeds us spiritually in heaven?
The Bible attests to the existence of a spiritual Mother in heaven, paralleling the earthly experience of a mother nurturing her children with the provision of spiritual nourishment.
“But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.” Galatians 4:26
The Bible prophesies that in the last days Jerusalem Heavenly Mother gives the spiritual breast milk, the spiritual white blood, to all humankind that needs salvation.
“Rejoice with Jerusalem and be glad for her, all you who love her; rejoice greatly with her . . . For you will nurse and be satisfied at her comforting breasts. . .” For this is what the LORD says: “I will extend peace to her like a river . . . you will nurse and be carried on her arm and dandled on her knees.” Isaiah 66:10–13
As a baby receives life through the physical mother, we can receive salvation through the spiritual Mother.
