The life before repentance is a life stained with sin, but the life after repentance is a blessed life that leads us to eternal life.

When we repent, our life will be worthy as if we live a thousand years though we live just one day and will be glorious like that of a man who was dead but became alive. That’s why the first thing Jesus said was “Repent!”
