People call superfood that helps life extension “God-given food.” However, real God-given food is something else.
God-given manna is the New Covenant Passover
For the Israelites who were heading to Canaan, God granted manna every day in the desert for forty years.
The relationship between the Old Testament and the New Testament is like a shadow and its reality.
The manna that the Israelites had in the desert represents Jesus. And the way to eat Jesus,
the living bread that gives eternal life is contained in the New Covenant Passover.
The Passover bread and wine kept in the Church of God is the very God-given food.
“I am the living bread that came down from heaven.
If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever . . .
so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.”John 6:51–57
