The New Covenant, the Promise That Connects God and His People
Two thousand years ago, the apostles and the saints of the early Church believed in Jesus as God because He promised them the everlasting Kingdom of Heaven through the New Covenant. Likewise, the members of the Church of God believe in Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother.
Why Is Christ Ahnsahnghong God?
God worked with different names in different ages—as God the Father Jehovah, and God the Son Jesus, and God the Holy Spirit Ahnsahnghong. However, They are one and the same God who made the New Covenant, which is a sign of God.
“The time is coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.” . . . “I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.” Jeremiah 31:31–33
