The day to worship God is the seventh-day Sabbath, which is Saturday among the days of the week. The Sabbath is a holy day promised with blessings, and a day for us to be acknowledged as God’s people. As the fourth of the Ten Commandments, it is a day of worship that mankind must keep. That’s why Jesus, Christ Ahnsahnghong, and God the Mother set the example of keeping the Sabbath.
Why did God reject Cain’s offering and only accept Abel’s offering? Why did God destroy Aaron’s sons Nadab and Abihu who were the priests, which by today’s standards are pastors? It was all because they acted according to their own thoughts and did not obey God’s words. Likewise, worshipping God by keeping the Sabbath according to God’s will is the key secret to blessings.
And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, . . .
Genesis 2:3
“Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.”
Exodus 20:8
He went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom. And he stood up to read.
Luke 4:16
