When We Receive the Holy Spirit, the Explosive Work of the Gospel Will Take Place

The saints of the early Church prayed earnestly for ten days from Ascension Day to the Day of Pentecost. On the Pentecost, they received the Holy Spirit which allowed them to have bold faith and rapidly spread the gospel. In the Age of the Holy Spirit, God grants us the gifts of the Holy Spirit on the Pentecost, even seven times stronger than that of 2,000 years ago.

How Can You Confirm Whether or Not You Have Received the Gift of the Holy Spirit?

After receiving the Holy Spirit, the early Church testified, “Jesus is the Christ.” In the same way, now the members of the Church of God, who received the Holy Spirit of the latter rain by keeping the Pentecost, boldly preach to the world our Saviors, Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother.

“When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.” Acts 2:1–4
