Both Unhappiness And Happiness Start With Thoughts, So We Need to Practice Being Happy.

When we face trials, tribulations, and the heavy burden of the cross on our path of faith, those who regard these hardships as suffering, thinking, “I am unfortunate,” will be truly unhappy, but those who realise the blessings and give thanks in these situations will find happiness and enter the kingdom of heaven.

They teach us to practice training ourselves to be godly by changing any unfortunate situation to happy energy.
