Noah believed in God’s blessing even though he faced loneliness while building the ark for a long time. Moses preferred to suffer with God’s people rather than enjoy his glory as a prince in Egypt. Apostle Paul rejoiced in the opportunity to offer the kingdom of heaven to people, despite facing many hardships. Similarly, the members of the Church of God joyfully walk the path of faith, bearing their crosses.
Heavenly Mother always reminds us, “Don’t we have hope for the kingdom of heaven?” Therefore, whether it is the saints or the pastoral staff who work in the frontline, everyone should look at the blessings of the kingdom of heaven prepared beyond the obstacles unfolding right before our eyes as we bear our own crosses.
He regarded disgrace for the sake of Christ as of greater value than the treasures of Egypt, because he was looking ahead to his reward. Hebrews 11:26
For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. . . . if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. Romans 8:13–18
